About Water Orton
We are a small (just under 20 members) mature congregation with small BB Company. We have developed a number of successful outreach activities. such as a) "Open the book" bringing Bible stories to life at assemblies in the local primary schools, once a fortnight. b) Monthly worship hour + supper at the local OAP community Centre. c) A team visit the local nursing home to share stories food, once a fortnight, and hold a monthly act of worship entitled Sacred Space.
Water Orton Methodist Church seeks to be led by God, to worship, love and grow in faith in order to serve God and our neighbours, near and far.
Our priorities are:

- Working for peace, justice and love
- Sowing seeds of faith to encourage others to be followers of Jesus

Finding Us
2 Birmingham Road, Water Orton, Birmingham, B46 1TL
West Midlands service 70 runs through the village but no buses run to Water Orton on Sunday morning until 12.00pm. The Church is situated on the B4118 which is a left turn off the A47 from Birmingham. We are not far from the M6 junction with A446 or M42 junction 9 with A446 (The Belfry) and M6 Toll.

- A large Youth Club for 8 - 13 year olds and BB company
The Church was designed to be a multi-purpose building and is also used throughout the week for: Exercise groups, Karate and Coffee mornings. At least once a year we host exhibitions of local interest.
Every three months we enjoy a church lunch with family and friends at a local golf club.
